Vegas Wppi Seniors

Viva Las Vegas!

One of my goals for 2016 was to take more chances and put myself out there. I did just that traveling down to Vegas for WPPI (wedding & portrait photographers international). If you haven't made the trip, DO! There is so much to learn!

I'm not big on the "Vegas" lifestyle, as I live in northern Nevada anyway, we don't have last call. So, I spent my evening sleeping with no children.

An opportunity arouse and I got to drag who else but my p.i.c, MacK! I packed up the rental car, picked up MacK and we were on our way. With music and memories from the 90's flowing through the speakers, we finally made it to jam packed Vegas traffic. It took us over an hour to go 20 miles, reason 5,691 I could never live in Vegas. We enjoyed an overpriced dinner, because we're on the Vegas Strip, what else are you supposed to do? Won some money and lost some money and called it a night.

I took some incredible wedding classes to help me better serve my brides and Sunday afternoon we headed out for an incredible shoot with Seniors Ignite to photograph 12 gorgeous models from We Are the Seen. We traveled to the Hartland Mansion where the King himself stayed! Then we headed over to the Neon Museum for some incredible evening shots. I'm excited to share the breathtaking images I captured!

MacK and I were starving by the end of the day and the delicious scent of pizza filled the downstairs of the MGM. We scarfed down these bad larry's, no problem.

Project Pie, MGM Grand, Vegas After that, we decided to walk the entire Vegas Strip, capturing some night life.

I will definitely be making the trip back to WPPI, enjoying more of what they offer there and doing some more shootouts, if not planning a few of my own!

The best thing about Rebecca Ann Photography is that she has consistently figured out how to make something exceptionally uncommon and delightful. She is effectively following her photography dreams for quite a while which is an extraordinary record.
